Solar power helps consumers save up to 60% of their electricity costs, while also saving the environment

Talf Solar provides government and private consumers an end-to-end solution, investing in, building and operating rooftop and ground-mounted solar plants

ROOFTOP SOLAR PLANTS

Suitable for consumers requiring up to 1MW of solar power
and having adequate shadow-free roof space

Talf Solar designs, finances, constructs, and subsequently operates and maintains rooftop solar plants, providing consumers an easy experience in reducing their electricity costs.

Consumers can save up to 60% of their electricity bills, which savings will rise over time as grid tariffs increase an expected 3% p.a. while solar tariffs stay flat.

Over the life of a solar plant consumers can expect to save up to Rs. 300 Mio per MW.

Rooftop solar plants are connected to the grid, allowing the export of solar power when the consumers' own consumption is lower than solar power generation.

With its team of in-house designers, project engineers and technicians, Talf Solar has deep experience in building and operating rooftop solar plants.

It has built and operates nearly 80 rooftop solar plants across India, with an aggregate capacity of 9MW. Click here for more information.

OPEN ACCESS PLANTS

Suitable for consumers requiring more than 0.5MW of solar
power but constrained for shadow-free roof space

'Open Access' plants are installed on open land and supply power to consumers through the electricity grid. Without the constraint of limited rooftop space, such plants can meet all of consumers' electricity needs.

After paying for use of the electricity grid, consumers can save up to 30% of their electricity costs, which savings will rise over time as grid tariffs increase an expected 3% p.a. while solar tariffs stay flat.

Over the life of a solar plant consumers can expect to save up to Rs. 150 Mio per MW.

Open Access plants can be setup as Group Captive, Captive or Third Party Open Access projects, depending on the consumers' needs and situation.

In Group Captive plants, consumers need to invest ca. 5% of the project cost to meet regulatory norms, in Captive plants, 30% and 0% in Third Party Open Access Projects.
